The hotel boasts a prime location. i found the robe and slippers very comfortable. the staff was friendly and helpful. i also appreciated the ample space to hang clothes. The hotel offers a lot of space for storage.

wrong time missing towels
the staff were helpful. they guided me to my room, a classic twin room.
The concierge service was disappointing. i asked them to book a restaurant. they booked it for the wrong time and expected a tip. also, there was no wine opener in the room. I requested it but it never arrived. towels were also missing after i specifically asked for them. It was a real bother.

lovely canalside stay
robe slippers clothes space waffle welcome
I appreciated the robe and slippers provided in the room. there was adequate space to hang clothes, very useful. i liked waking up to views near the hotel. The canals are very nice. i was welcomed with waffles upon arrival, that was a nice touch.
The room lacked drawers in the bedside tables and desk. This was less practical than i expected.

central location good surprise excellent service
I loved the central location! it made exploring so easy. the in-room bar cart was a good surprise. the staff was friendly. They offered excellent service.
the lighting in the suite felt a little dim. it could be brighter, especially at night, really. i'd love better lighting next time.

Our classic suite included soft sheets and comfortable mattress. rooms feature vaulted roofs and barn-style rafters. we had all the expected luxuries. Anything we asked for was quickly delivered to the room. it was AMAZING!!!

The hotel location was excellent. The concierge and bell staff were helpful. I enjoyed great cocktails at the bar. The front desk staff was always courteous.
